MESH Collective is the name of our national non-profit corporation. MESH provides functional efficiency resources for smaller businesses and individuals. MESH also provides healthcare industry education, health literacy, and advocacy. Members can access Virtual Care platforms enrollments, education about indemnity insurances and access to a dental/vision discount plan that help to lower costs. If a Member wants to pursue purchasing indemnity insurance, MESH refers them to an appointed Manhattan Life agent. Membership is $7.00 / month to cover the administrative costs of providing vendor products, educational programs, IT expenses, etc. Only the individual pays the monthly fee - everyone else in the household is automatically included.

Amaze Health is the #1-rated UX (user experience) digital care management platform available. Amaze makes your healthcare experience as simple as scrolling on your phone. Amaze is currently $100 / month, and this covers the individual Member and any spouse, partner, child(ren) or the whole family. No SSN or ITIN is required to purchase Amaze Health.
Recuro Health has similar services as Amaze. It is the introductory tier of our digital care experiences. It is aggressively priced for affordability. Recuro is is currently $75 / month, and this covers the individual Member and any spouse, partner, child(ren) or the whole family.. No SSN or ITIN is required to purchase Recuro.
Manhattan Life provides MESH Members any indemnity insurance products they choose to purchase. YOU are not required to purchase any of these plans. YOU decide. Some of the main options available are: Hospital indemnity, Accident indemnity, Critical illness, and Cancer.
Supplemental insurance products are brought to you by an appointed agent for Manhattan Life, Amy Basbagill-Brogdon. You will be directed to a separate site to complete this process.
Dental/vision Discount Plans ARE NOT INSURANCE.
Members pay the dental and vision providers based on the discounted rates included in the plan. There are no insurance claims involved. These DISCOUNT PLANS are inexpensive, but they can save you a surprising amount of money on the services people frequently need. It is the most frequently added accessory healthcare benefit people choose.
The dental / vision discount plan is $20. It includes everyone in the Member's household.
