How will I be primarily communicated with by all the vendors?

Email is absolutely the preferred method of communication with each of the vendors.  Of

course when person-person communication is required, they will initiate that.  You are

always encouraged to simply call them at their listed customer service numbers if you prefer.  For

Manhattan Life products, Amy Basbagill-Brogdon is your main contact.

How will my payment(s) be taken?

MESH has developed a partnership with a robust billing/payment vendor to accept recurring monthly payhments.

This is an extremely convenient aspect of all of this.  This vendor takes your payment and distributes it to each service providers you have chosen products from (MESH membership, Virtual Care platform, and Dental/Vision).  You can pay by ACH debit from your bank account, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, $CashApp, PayPal, and many others.  This vendor has the highest available security protections in the payments industry.  Simple.  Quality.  Peace of mind.  This is easier on you and easier for MESH to manage.  You will be charged small processing fees depending on the payment method you choose from the multiple options.  If there are any payment issues (like expiring cards, insufficient funds, etc.), the vendor will contact you directly to help resolve them.

What is the contact information for each of my product vendors?

The contact phone numbers, email addresses, and websites for each vendor is located on the

Vendors & Pricing page.  (CLICK HERE)

Once I have decided what combination of coverages I want to pursue, what do I do?

When will my coverages begin for each part of my chosen combination?

Recuro begins on the first of the month after you sign up.

Amaze coverage is immediate upon enrolling.

Manhattan Life indemnity plans start the first of the month.  There is no underwriting required.

Our dental / vision option begins immediately.

How will I get enrolled in each of my product choices?

What information is required from me to enroll?  From spouse, partner, children?

How do I add a spouse, a partner, children, or a family coverage to each product?

When you are enrolling with MESH, you will be asked for each Member's name, email address, phone number,

physical address, date of birth, and genders.  MESH will provide the necessary information from that data

to each vendor you have chosen products from.  There are NO requirements for SSN (social security number)

or for ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number).

Are there any in-network or out-of-network concerns like with standard insurance?

NO.  The telehealth platforms provide access to doctors and other providers virtually.  They are their own network.

You can be anywhere in the country (or out of the country) to use the services.  Indemnity plans do not have in-network

or out-of-network designations because they simply pay money to you for your covered health expenditures, not certain providers or networks.  Dental / vision providers have a list of providers who accept the coverages, but it is the largest list of providers in the country.  They market their extensive provider networks as never being out of reach.

Are there explanation videos available for how to use the service products?

YES.  All of the vendors have excellent onboarding materials such as digital brochures/pamphlets, websites, email

instructions, step-by-step mobile app setups, and audio-visual presentations, etc.  We want accessing your

coverages to be as simple and convenient as possible, so that was an important aspect of choosing the right platforms for our Members.

If I choose to discontinue one or all of my services, what is that process?

If for some reason you choose to discontinue one or more of your services, you simply need to inform MESH of

that BEFORE the end of a month (like 3-4 days before).  If MESH is not notified before the 3-4 days of month-end, you will

be charged for the next month.  MESH simply has you/family members removed from the vendor profile and your

payment will be discontinued from that/those vendor(s) -  (this is what requires the 3-4 day notice).  You should be aware

that the virtual care platforms are valid no matter where you are, so moving does not necessitate stopping your

care platform.  The indemnity plans and the dental / vision plans are also mobile - they can go with you.  If you are

planning to stop because of a move, stopping is not necessary.  All of the plans are month-to-month with no contracts.  You can simply choose to stop (notice to MESH) at any time.  You don't have to have a reason.  We want what is best for YOU.

MESH Collective Health Access Association, Inc. is NOT an insurance company, and we do NOT sell insurance.  MESH provides organized access to an appointed agent when a member wants to consider purchasing indemnity benefits from Manhattan Life..
